Thank you

I can't thank you all enough for your very kind comments and emails following the fire we had here last week. It's lovely to know that you all care but I was very surprised by the number of people who told me that they leave their heat guns plugged in and switched on at the wall all the time. I can't begin to tell you how scary the whole experience was, so if your heat gun is plugged in now....go switch it off now....please....just for me!!
It's been another mad week, trying to get ready for the next Artsycrafts weekend as well as the clean up after the fire, as well as making new class samples, as well as working out dates for classes, as well as prep for our B Line Bonanza/demo day.......I think you must be getting the picture by now......not a lot of sleeping going on here, but I have achieved loads over the last two days and I'm starting to feel in control again.
If you were unaware of what we have planned for the end of the month, here's the deal:
Saturday 29th May 2010 - New classes will go on sale at 10am. Details will be up on the website in the next few days.
Sunday 30th May 2010 - B Line Bonanza/ demo day. Linda E. and myself will be demonstrating in the workshop area all day and there will be big discounts (30% off) on all woodmounted B Line stamps. We are in the process of swapping from wood mounted to just rubber and I need to make room in the shop. We will also be reducing the glimmer mists as we are swapping over to Crafty Notions sprays. All the old Ten Seconds Studios moulds (the discontinued ones) will be greatly reduced too. It's going to be fun....goody bags for purchases over £25.00 and Lots of inspiration.
I'm sorry that we can't sell the classes on the same day as the bonanza, but I physically can't do both things on the same day so we figured let's have a fun filled weekend.
I'll leave you with a few pictures of some of the classes, these are just a couple of mine, there are more and of course there will be Linda's classes too!
This is just a small section of "Springtime in the secret garden"

A couple of pics of the "Delectable die cuts class"

This is Shabby Shack
I think I'm ready for a cuppa!!

Oh, I'm so disappointed that I (and my three buddies) can't get to you on the Sunday. I bet it's going to be fab especially with all those discounts. I would have loved some of the older TSS moulds.

None of my friends nor I live anywhere near your shop but ............. we are all getting together for our own private crafting retreat in accommodation which has been chosen in large part because of it's close proximity to LBCrafts and we arrive down there on the 1st June. I think we have our visit to you planned for the 2nd so ......... you have been warned, Lol!

Take care and don't wear yourself out!

I was so shocked to read about the fire! You poor thing!!! It must have been devastating to see it happen again. Hope all is well now, and I've been unplugging my heat tool every day since you told me about the house fire when I saw you in Feb.

Love the new classes!!!

Looks great! Very tempting classes and special offers! I don't know how you are doing it all Lin, but the heat gun episode is probably reminding you to slow down a bit!! Linda and I are already booked in to a B & B up the road! See you there! Chris

Have not been blog hopping for the past week or so (am sure you know why) so was shocked to read of your fire today. Thank goodness it was not worse than it was but it must have been terrible for you at the time.
I remember a few years ago a lady told me her heatgun had set on fire when she was in her garden, since then I have always unplugged mine. A timely warning for all of us from you.
Hope you have a great weekend - great projects and at last I can blog the last one I attended.
