Happy Christmas

It's Christmas Eve and there's a lot of baking going on in my kitchen today but I just wanted to take a few minutes to wish all of you a very Happy Christmas.

It's has been a year of mixed emotions for us, the arrival of our fifth grandchild, Callum, was the highlight of our year, followed a week later by the passing of Mark's Mum, who was truly a remarkable lady and like a Mum to me but we are really looking forward to a special family day tomorrow, there will be fifteen of us in total!!! It will busy and probably quite manic at times but that's the way we love Christmas.

I've been lucky enough to go to a couple of school Christmas performances this year. The children seem so grown up now and it was an absolute delight to watch them singing their hearts out.
Yesterday, we went to the theatre to see Peter Pan which is such a fun way to start the Christmas celebrations.

Once again, Happy Christmas everyone, I'd like to leave you with a photo of Spiderman Seb and Santa Isla who are both three years old, actually there's only two months between them but they love each other dearly, I just love listening to their conversations.....I'm looking forward to listening to them tomorrow!
