The Craft Barn

Earlier this week I recieved a lovely, lovely package from Mr & Mrs PaperArtsy containing a set of their fabulous new minis........lucky, lucky me!!!

A few of the new stamps are smaller versions of some of their most popular images with a few brand new ones thrown in for good measure. The botanical ones are simply gorgeous and I love the sewing themed collage  but the most useful stamp on the face of the earth has to be the splatter, it just transforms everything....if you haven't got a splatter in your stash then you are seriously missing out!!!

I'm off to The Craft Barn bright and early tomorrow morning to do a spot of demonstrating at their fabulous Extravaganza and so I thought it would be nice to make a couple of quick samples with the new stamps to take with me as guess what....The Craft Barn will have these fab new stamps for sale over the weekend!!

OK, that's probably enough plugging now, I'll just show you what I made!

The last sample doesn't actually use any of the new minis but I have used some of the other recent releases from Paperartsy. I had a few bits'n'pieces lying around on my desk from previous sessions so thought I should make a background for them. Not sure you can actually see all the layers going on in the background in this photo but believe me, there's about five layers of paint on this thing!!!

Anyways, that's me for today, I need to go pack my demo kit for tomorrow and organise class supplies for my class on Sunday at The Bead Scene.

Hope to see you tomorrow.
