Busy,busy,busy!!!

It's been another busy few days. I taught my Melt Art workshop on Saturday which turned out fab. We played with beeswax as well as UTEE so we collaged, dipped, poured and stamped all day. Thank you ladies for being such an easy group to teach and look at what they made!!! I think this gorgeous piece belongs to Mel.

Here is a lovely Dark Room Door stamp just waiting for the clear UTEE to be poured into the Memory Frame.
Memory Glass being dipped for a faux soldered look.

Look at the concentration on Carol and Julie's faces!!!

Andrea and Helen dipping their glass.

Sue and Mel are dipping too.

And here is Kathleen's finished piece.....she was thrilled as she hadn't managed to finish a project in class before....didn't they do well???

Now on to the update on my studio. Skip finally arrived on Friday. Delivery of building materials postponed until Monday Mini digger arrived on Saturday morning. By the time I got home from work on Saturday evening, my garden looked as if a bomb had dropped on it!!!!! How can two
guys make so much mess in such a short period of time.....answer.....give them a new toy to play with!!! It's now Sunday morning and they are back out there digging for Australia.

Okay, that's me for today, I'm off to make them some bacon rolls and tea.......got to keep the workers fed and watered.
