A peek inside my little shop!

Thank you for all your lovely comments yesterday, a couple of people mentioned that they had enjoyed the glimpse of my shop and that got me thinking, for those of you who I see at shows and have made friends with via tinternet, thought you might like to see what it's actually like in my little shoppe!!!! It's not terribly big, but it's full to the rafters with all things inky, painty, stampy and metally.....welcome to my world, I hope you enjoy the grand tour.

This is the view from behind the counter, you can see the book rack....I'm very partial to a good book....this is also where some magazines live together with pens, pencils and pastels.

This is a new section where we are developing the range of unmounted B Line stamps....it's coming along quite nicely now.
As you can see, the shop is full of artwork, I really love having lots of samples around the shop as inspiration for our customers. Below the samples we have lots of unmounted stamps including Studio 490, Oxford Impressions, Dark Room Door, Tim's stamps and Technique Tuesday.
More samples and the home of all things Ten Seconds Studio.....metal, moulds and tools.
A selection of our pre-cut ribbons....very pretty!

Yummy, scrummy paint.....Eco Friendly variety.

Twiddlybitz stuff.

This might be a better shot of the first counter, the light is now behind me instead of in front!

Wood mounted B Line stamps in the background and Cuttlebug stuff in front.

Tim's dies, embossing folders and other Sizzix stuff including the Big Shot.

Crafty Notions sprays.

Some of our wooden blanks waiting for some nice person to come along and adopt them.

PaperArtsy corner......this range is now so big, it gets a whole section to itself. The regular ink and the dog stuff along with Squiggly Ink and the fabulous new Hot Picks and the genius dies that go with them.

Tim's Ideaology line of trinkets, bits and bobs.

And last but not least, the Viva section where we keep all the yummy, yummy paint. Precious Metal, Ferro, Terra and goop (real name Inka Gold!)

I know there are sections that I have missed out like the ink pads and paper/card but rather than bore the pants off you completely, I thought I had better stop now. Hope you enjoyed your visit.

Love the peeks into yur shop. Hoping to get there in the not too distant future - wanted to come to your weekend not so long ago but family things cropped up and I didn't make it. I have located Olney on the map though and worked out you're about 1hr 15minutes away so not too bad.

I had been promising myself that I would come and visit your 'little' shop and, a few weeks ago, Darling Daughter and I did just that.

I was blown away by the variety of goodies shoe-horned into each and every nook and cranny, and spent a good deal more than I had intended - it would have been rude not to after the hour and a half drive to get there!

I quite literally drooled over the awesome artwork on display, and the lovely lady behind the counter (sorry, I didn't ask her name) allowed DD to take photos (I think she could tell that my poor old brain was turning to jelly - there was soooo much to take in).

I would LOVE to be able to do one of your workshops, but unless you could arrange afternoon/early evening classes it just isn't feasible :-(

I hope to visit again, in the not too distant future, and would thoroughly recommend anyone else who could visit, but is concerned about the distance, to do the same - it really is worth it!

I can just hear my bank account manager groaning at the hit my bank account is going to take! Thanks for showing us your shop. Liz :o)

It's great to see a shop with all the really artsy things I WANT and not just scrapbooking and decoupage stuff. I'll get there one day... but expect me to be there for hours!
I think Angie has hit the nail on the head... we should holiday near your shop. Can you recommend any cheap B&Bs? Don't want to waste craft spending dosh on posh hotels!!

If Willy Wonka had gone for crafting instead of choccy - this would be his shoppe. Looks like a little bit of Heaven on Earth in Olney.
Definetly going to plan a trip down there some day soon.

I have to agree this little shop is one of my favourite places to shop and I am lucky that it is not too far from me and whenever we are passing through Olney I just have to pop in. There is a lovely restaurant down the alley too where DH is happy to sit and read his papers/books whilst I browse!
