I managed to get another day in the studio today working on stuff. My altered book is coming along slowly but surely and one of my Ice Resin pieces from a few weeks back now resides in a niche stuffed with Tim's Holtz Tissue Wrap.
I'm feeling that the niche is a tad on the large side so I may have to squish something else in there before I commit to gluing my Ice Resin thingy in place.....not sure what that will be yet......I usually stew these things over for a day or so weighing up my options. I always used to go with the first idea that jumped into my head but that was a hard lesson to learn. Now that I have a bit more time.....contemplation is the way to go.
I got to use my Cavallini set of number stamps for the first time today......ooo, they are jolly lovely. I have a feeling that numbers may well be making an appearance on most things for the forseeable future!!
I've had a few comments and a couple of emails asking about where and when my classes will be. I can tell you that they will be at The Bead Scene in Potterspury, Northants which is just of the A5 and a few minutes past the Stony Stratford roundabout. I have dates pencilled in the Bead Scene diary and the first one will be in July. Still trying to figure out the nitty gritty of how exactly they will go on sale.....not quite so easy without the shop and a credit card machine......me thinks PayPal is the way forward, but I'll let you know in good time.
So tomorrow is Wednesday and my Nanna duty calls. Seb is crawling now so looking after him is not quite as easy as it used to be but it's still an absolute pleasure to spend some time with him. I'll try and get back tomorrow for WOYWW if I can......I'll warn you now......my studio is a tip!!!!
