First up, a framed metal flower using moulds and metal (Big Daddy 1 and Dark Chocolate) from Ten Seconds Studio and dies from Paperartsy (Grunge Flowers and Scalloped Flower) Colorwash and Alcohol ink from Ranger. I just loved the way that the Colorwash was sucked straight into the wood and blended together beautifully. Here I used Butterscotch and Lettuce.
Again, Butterscotch and Lettuce for my background and images are Paperartsy stamped onto Gold Nugget metal from Ten Seconds Studio. The keyhole was from Tim Holtz Locket Keys.
Butterscotch, Sunset Orange Colorwash for the background with a spritz of Copper Perfect Pearls Mist over the top for a bit of shimmer. The foreground pieces were cut from card that had been sprayed with Lettuce and Sunset Orange Colorwash with a bit of Heirloom Gold Perfect Pearl Mist. Lots of Tim Holtz Ideaology bits and bobs......Numerals, Tissue Tape (still in love with this stuff), a swivel clasp, some washers, brads and a key.
Stream and Lettuce Colorwash with Turquoise Perfect Pearl Mist. Some of my favourite Wendy Vecchi stamps and Tim's Ideaology Swivel clasp, Game Spinner, Tissue Tape, Key, Mini pin, Philosophy Tag, Trinket Pin and a Bauble.
Background - Sunst Orange and Cranberry Colorwash with Copper Perfect Pearl Mist. Paperartsy stamps and Songbird die plus yet more Tissue Tape, a Sprocket Gear, Ornate Frame and a washer. The Bird was die cut from Chocolate metal, embossed in Tim's Regal Flourish embossing folder and antiqued with a black Paint Dabber.
Here's another framed flower but this time the colours are Purple Twilight and Stream Colorwash. Metal is Brrr Blue with Pool and Purple Twilight Alcohol ink.
If you would like to see these plus the others in the flesh, stop by at Stevenage and you will be able to see the colours in all their glory, something is always lost in the photographs. If you can't wait until them to purchase some of these items, the are all available on the website.

Oh I just love that flower in a frame. Wish I was at home so I could have a go at making one. Need something to do with my metal flowers I made from your tutorial a while bacjk - now I have an idea. Thanks!
Well, Linda, we were on the same waveband this time: looks like we were both playing with Color Washes & PP Mist sprays on the same day . . . but your results are MUCH superior to mine!! Ha ha!!! And now, as I write this, the big, secret experts training day is going on full speed. How I wish I were a fly on the wall!!! Have a lot of fun.
