Art Journaling class no.2

Saturday saw the second of my art journaling classes......I'm just loving teaching this class....already got lots of ideas for the next one which will be called "On The Second Page".....it's very addictive but very messy. This first picture was taken before anyone arrived, my nice, clean, tidy workshop all ready and waiting for my eight ladies to arrive and mess it up in the blink of an eye. I started out really well and remembered to take a few piccies as the morning progressed. Not sure where Michelle escaped to at this point.
Oh, there she is after all!!!

Now I'm feeling bad as for some reason, I didn't get a picture of Sara but I'm pretty sure some of the pics that follow belong to her....so here's what they got up to.

Lot's of paints and pastels.

We made doors to hide stuff behind....very cool.

We stencilled and sprayed copious amounts of shimmery stuff.

Of course we used Tim Holtz tissue tape....have I told you how much I love that stuff?

Don't you just love sequin waste?

And then....I forgot to take a picture of the mess...perhaps that's just as well, it might have given a few of you a heart attack!!!
Will be back in a few days....I'm planning a new step by step tutorial with pictures and everything!!!
Enjoy the rest of the weekend, Lin

Looks like everyone was inspired ...and had fun ...I think it has given me food for thought too. Can I ask one question? ...how thick/heavey are your pages ...so many seem to glue several together before starting ...others just work straight onto the page ...this is stopping me from starting the inside if my journal

Thanks for the inspiration - must have a go at some of those ideas (especially the doors to hide stuff - brilliant!). Look forward to the tutorial as well ...
