Prep for Stevenage Show

Well, It has definitely been a mad few days. I am trying to get everything organised for the show at Stevenage and just when you think everything is coming together quite nicely, someone throws a big fat spanner in the works. Breathe.....count to ten.......breath...be calm.....it will be alright.....I keep telling myself this but it doesn't change anything. Basically, one of the boxes with half of my big fat Stampers Anonymous order with all my Tim stamps in and Wendy V's Studio 490 stamps in, is not going to make it here in time for the show. I have one box, so I do have half of Wendy's stamps and the other one is on it's way to California instead of the UK. It's a very long story and I'm not going to bore you with the details but it is more than frustrating when you know that it is going to land on my doorstep on Monday!!!

Okay, enough whinging, let's move on to something more fun. I have been working my little socks off trying to make new samples for the show with all my new stash, so it took me a while to realise that it would actually be quicker to make one BIG piece with lots of stuff on it. Here it is....one of the 7 Gypsies, framy thingie me bobbie doo dads full of all my favourite stuff. New TSS moulds, coloured metal, Wendy V's Studio 490 stamps, Paperartsy stamps, grungepaper, new Distress inks and loads of embellishments. If you want to see it in real life....come and see me at Stevenage on Sunday......I've got a wicked new technique up my sleeve to show you.

It's not that easy trying to take decent pics of metal but because I wanted you to see the detail, I tried to take some close ups of each panel.......excuse the reflections!

Here are a few more pics of some of my other samples for the show.....enjoy.

Hope to see you there.
Take care, Lin x

You will most certainly see me there... this looks absolutely fantastic!!! I am amazed you've had time to do this and panic about missing boxes of supplies, well done indeed. Can't wait to see it in the flesh.
