What a mad day it's been. Our classes went on sale today and it was also the start of our winter sale. It was the busiest day we have ever had in the shop!!!!! I spent most of the day booking classes, so an enormous thank you to those who braved the extremely cold weather in order ensure you secured the classes that you wanted. I know that some of you who travelled from the Cambridge area had to fight your way through snow to get home again, so I am pleased that you managed to get the classes you wanted. Thank you also for your patience if you were a telephone booker, I know it can be frustrating trying to call the shop and getting a constant engaged signal. One lady told me that she had dialled 77 times before getting through. I think I finally got to speak to the last person on the list at about 3pm...I'm all talked out now.....I'm sure Mark will be pleased about that, he's in for a peaceful evening for a change!
Now for the winners of the three extra goody bags..........we have randomly picked the names out of the hat and the lucky winners are:
1. Helen
2. Karen from Somerset
3. Glynis....sorry to hear about your accident on the ice, perhaps winning a few freebies will take some of the pain away!!
If you three lovely ladies would like to email me at linda@lbcrafts.com with your address details, I'll have Karen send your winnings out to you on Monday.
Just to remind you that the sale in the shop will continue for a week or so, there are some great bargains to be had. I need to make some space for all the new things that I am hoping to buy when I go to CHA at the end of the month.
I'm off to round up Mark for his last job of the day, we need to update the website with the remaining class places, so if you were unable to call today, check availability over the weekend and call the shop on Monday to book your place.
Stay warm, Lin
