Bucks Open Studio

The days are fast ticking by on the countdown to Bucks Open Studios. This event runs from Saturday 11th June 2016 to Sunday 26th June 2016 and is an opportunity for you to admire the work of many fabulous artists and crafters throughout the county of Buckinghamshire. The best part of it is that it is all totally free of charge.

Sally, the owner of Threads and Patches is taking part in this event for the first time this year and invited me to display some of my work as part of their exhibit in order to promote my classes. I've never taken part in anything like this before and I have to admit to being a tad nervous but excited too.

The Threads and Patches exhibition will comprise of work by Sally, Julie and Bonnie as well as samples of my work. The days that our little exhibition will be open are listed below along with details of when myself and the other ladies will be demonstrating. My demos will be based on printing fabric on my Gelli Plate so if you would see how I use my Gelli Plates, pop along and say hello, we would love to see you.

Sat  11th June - 10am - 5pm            Julie demonstrating
Sun 12th June - 10.30am 3.30pm     Lin demonstrating
Fri   17th June - 10am - 5pm           Sally demonstrating
Sat  18th June - 10am - 5pm            Sally & Julie demonstrating
Sun 19th June - 10.30am - 3.30pm   Bonnie demonstrating
Tue 21st June - 10am - 5pm             Julie demonstrating
Sat  25th June - 10am - 5pm            Lin & Julie demonstrating
Sun 26th June - 10.30am - 3.30pm   Sally & Bonnie demonstrating

Here's a selection of some of my work that will be on display. My class samples will also be on display and you will be able to book a place on any of my classes on the days that I am there demonstrating.

Looking forward to seeing you.
Lin
