So at the beginning of the week my blog post was titled Monday, Monday then yesterday was Tuesday, Tuesday and I figured that was a bit too predictable to be Wednesday, Wednesday and after that I couldn't think of anything witty to call it so it's plain old WOYWW. Now the title may be plain but the whole concept of WOYWW (What's on your workdesk Wednesday) is far from plain. In fact it's a lot of fun!!! If you would like to partake in a little of this blog hopping/desk snooping fun, then hop on over to Queen Julia's blog where we all meet up every single Wednesday.
So what is actually on my desk this week???? Loads of stuff is the short answer. I am in class designing mode at the moment not only for Artsycrafts but also some of my own classes that I'll be teaching later this year. As everything is in the designing stage at the moment, I'm not going to show you a close up of the messy desk as I don't want to give anything away at this stage but what I will show you is this fabulous book that I picked up at The Works last week.
It's a huge book and it was even more of a bargain than the price ticket suggests. When I got it to the till and the lovely shop assistant scanned it, it turned out to be only £6.99!!! Anyways, this book is going to be the basis for an altered book project.
It's full of amazing photographs, I'm really chuffed with it.
Now that you have got over the shock of me blogging three days in a row, grab a cuppa and join in the WOYWW fun.
Lin

ReplyDeleteHi Lin so glad you are enjoying your "free" time ha ha ! On the sewing machine front I have always had Janome machines & I swear by them - try taking a look at their range that has professional level features like speed & robustness to cope with multiple layers but is for the home sewing person. Love Ali x
